Speaker McCarthy adds hard-right Republicans to House Rules Committee

The committee, which will be chaired by Rep. Tom Cole (R-Okla.), includes Reps. Chip Roy (R-Tex.), Thomas Massie (Ky.) and Ralph Norman (R-S.C.).
